Due to the nature of the time and efforts involved in creating custom items such as our ‘Ya-Face Mask’ product or any other product that requires: pre-design, printing, or pattern cutting and sowing (for example: All over T-shirts and other wearable, Gaiter style masks, Coffee mugs etc), we cannot except returns or offer refunds after the product has been purchased by the customer and shipped. We are also not responsible for shipping companies and any delays or losses that happen through their services.
