CUSTOM PRODUCTS:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however due to the nature of the time and efforts involved in creating custom items such as our  ‘Ya-Face Mask’ product and any other product that requires: pre-design, printing, or pattern cutting and sowing, we cannot except returns or offer refunds after the emailed demo’s have been customer approved and then purchased by the customer.  We are also not responsible for shipping companies and any delays or losses that happen through their services.
